Britain's longest-serving monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, was laid to rest in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle following a state funeral service in Westminster Abbey on September 19th.
Big crowds lined the streets to pay their last respects.
The late queen was laid to rest alongside her late husband, Prince Philip, and her father, King George VI.
Before the service, Westminster Abbey's bell tolled 96 times once a minute for each year of Elizabeth's life.
The oak coffin, covered with the Royal Standard flag and the Imperial State Crown on top, was placed on a gun carriage and then pulled by naval personnel to Westminster Abbey.
After the service, the hearse travelled to Windsor's chapel, where Lord Andrew Parker, Lord Chamberlain of the Household, broke the wand of office as his last act of service to the Queen.
King Charles will appoint a lord chamberlain of his own, who will receive a new wand of office.

About 230 pilot whales stranded on a remote beach on the west coast of Tasmania, Australia.
After two days of effort, only 35 of those whales were rescued and the rest died.
The whales beached exactly two years after the largest mass stranding in Australia's history was discovered in the same harbor.
The entrance to the harbor is a notoriously shallow and dangerous channel known as Hell’s Gate.
